About Chatham Fullstack

Chatham Fullstack is led by me, Sarah Pohlig, a full-stack developer and technology consultant based in Chatham County, North Carolina.

We build and maintain custom software for healthcare, nonprofit, and operational teams with complex workflows. Since 2013, our work has included patient access platforms, internal portals, reporting systems, form workflows, data cleanup, vendor integrations, production support, and long-term platform maintenance.

Our strength is turning messy real-world operations into software that is practical, maintainable, and actually useful to the people doing the work. We're comfortable moving between strategy and implementation: understanding the organization, shaping the system, writing the code, supporting the users, and improving the platform over time.
